Welcome to Daisy Tech Limited (“us”, “we”, or “our”) e-learning platform where we provide several courses in Data science. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
We may change the Terms from time to time, and we will post any updates on this page. We encourage you to review the Terms whenever you access the Platform to stay informed about our practices.
- Use of the Platform
- Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use the Platform unless you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

- Course enrollment: The Platform offers a variety of online courses in data science for purchase. Enrollment in a course is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to reject any enrollment request for any reason.
- Course completion: You are responsible for completing the coursework and assessments for the courses you enroll in. We may terminate your enrollment in a course if you do not make satisfactory progress or if you engage in inappropriate conduct.
- Intellectual property: The content and materials provided on the Platform, including text, graphics, images, videos, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the content or materials for any commercial purpose or distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content or materials for public or commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Payments and Refunds
- Course fees: The fees for courses on the Platform are listed on the course pages. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira and US Dollars and are subject to change.
- Payment methods: We accept the following payment methods: online card payment and Bank Transfer via Paystack.
- Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a course that you have enrolled in, you may request a full refund within two (2) days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us using the contact information provided on the contact us page and provide a valid reason for your request. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- User Conduct
- Prohibited conduct: You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a manner that violates any local, state, national, or international laws. You may not use the Platform to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive, or that promotes discrimination or hate.
- User-generated content: You are solely responsible for any content that you post or transmit through the Platform, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Platform or your inability to access the Platform. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the content or materials provided on the Platform. We will not be liable for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms and your use of the Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration will be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
