- Eligibility
Customers who have purchased a course on our e-learning platform and have not yet accessed or completed the course are eligible for a full refund.
- Time frame:
Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the date of purchase.
- Process:
To request a refund, customers must contact us using the form on the contact page and provide a valid reason for their request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days and, if approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
- Approval criteria
Refund requests will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- The reason provided by the customer: We will take into account the reason provided by the customer for requesting a refund. For example, if the customer is requesting a refund due to technical issues that are beyond our control, we will consider approving the refund request.
- The course’s access or completion status: We will take into account whether the customer has accessed or completed the course. For example, if the customer has already accessed or completed the course, we will consider denying the refund request.
- Pre-existing conditions: we will consider any pre-existing conditions of the customer that might have prevented him/her from completing the course, and if the refund is requested due to that, we will consider approving the refund request
- Refund method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the course.
